My son Joey was a bright soul. He love life and helping others. He loved being a Marine and fighting for our freedom. After 9/11 he had decided to become a Marine right out of high school. He was sent away to Iraq a young man and served 3 tours in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan. He was injured while serving his last tour of duty. He had surgery which was botched and they just kept prescribing him pain medication and they just were not helping and they were refusing to do surgery to correct their mess up in the first surgery so he started to sell medicate himself which lead him to fentynal and that is how my son lost his life after dedicating his life of service to our country.
