Walter James became an angel 10/22/2023, he is forever 27. He passed away of A multi toxicity overdose (Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, and Carfentanil.) He suffered a substance abuse disorder, and many mental health disorders. It led him to a road of addiction. Walter was like so many others who were left to die, His journey is to bring awareness to addiction, understood mental health, and provide the assistance that is needed to begin a road to recovery.
