Loving son, brother and father, uncle and grandson. Billy was addicted to methamphetamines, and got some laced with fentanyl, he had no clue is use was going to be his last one. We tried having an intervention with him several times but his mental health wasn’t good at all and didn’t believe he had a problem and sometimes didn’t know who we were. Billy was a young 34 and left behind a 10 year old son, he was my baby brother and we miss him ever day
