Alexzandria "Carter" Petit died from Fentanyl poisoning. A Lyft driver took her to his house for a "party" where she was pronounced dead at 306 am. There's a lot more to this story, however that 51 year old male Lyft driver who took my daughter to his house is still free and driving for Lyft. No justice here!
