Sean was a good kid , at the age of 15 started smoking pot , then pills . He was in and out of many re habs . His addiction escalated to heroin . He would complete re habs and be happy , only to fall back into his addiction got worse over the years. Unfortunately Sean died to Fentanyl on 6-9-23 . He did not want to die.
