The evening Amanda passed was poisoned to death she was at home with her two sons and had asked her estranged boyfriend for a Xanax. ( Police officers seen texts on phone confirming she asked for Xanax) anyways my great nephew went to bed at 8:30 he said that when he went to bed that his Mom was sitting at the kitchen table. He woke up at 11pm and found his mom slumped over the kitchen table. He tried to wake her and she wouldn’t wake up so he ran across the street and told the neighbors and they called the rescue squad . They transported her to our local hospital and Amanda was pronounced dead. The next morning the Police went to estranged boyfriend’s apartment and he admitted he gave her drugs and he had a key to Amanda’s apartment and went back into the apartment after Amanda was taken to the hospital to mess with things trying to dispose of stuff but photos was already taken prior when they arrived for the 911 call. He was arrested on a probation violation charge as he already had drug charges and vehicular homicide on his record and no charge for her death but was given 12 years for those charges .
